Pick how many racing simulators you want and the size of your booth or room. The planner lays them out in 3D with a driver in the seat, the live leaderboard and a queue, then tells you the floor space, the power and how many guests can drive per hour.
Every event simulator we bring is the same build: a TrakRacer TR160 aluminium chassis, 57 inches long, 32 inches wide and 54 inches high, with a 49 inch curved screen that is about 4 feet across. The planner lays them out side by side facing your back wall, so people walking past see the screens and the drivers.
We leave 2 feet between simulators so drivers can get in and out, and about 3 feet behind each seat for our staff and the next driver. That works out to roughly 4 by 8 feet per simulator. If the booth is shallow, a queue can run along the front edge or into the aisle where the show allows it.
Each simulator draws 300 to 400 watts from a standard 110 volt outlet, and two can share one outlet. If the show sells booth electrical, the planner gives you the total to order. Most venues handle it with no special service.
You choose the turn length. Organizers who want as many guests through as possible run 2 to 3 minute turns; a relaxed client event might let people drive for 10. The planner adds about a minute between drivers for the swap and the seat adjustment.
A 38 to 50 inch TV shows the live lap times next to the simulators. It is what keeps a crowd around the booth: people stay to see if their time holds.
Send us the venue, the date, your booth size and your guest count. We will confirm the layout against the floor plan and quote it.
