QUESTIONS EVENT PLANNERS ASK

A standard single-sim setup fits in roughly a 10' x 10' footprint. Multi-sim setups scale from there. Send us your venue layout and we'll confirm what fits and what flow works best.
Our simulators run on standard 110V wall outlets — no special electrical needs. For multi-sim setups, we'll advise on dedicated circuits if the venue requires them.
Yes. We service events throughout Tampa Bay and across the state of Florida. Travel costs are factored into your quote based on distance, duration, and complexity.
Absolutely. Custom vehicle liveries in-game, branded loading screens, leaderboard branding, and physical rig wraps are all available. Bring your logo — we'll handle the rest.
Depending on session length, expect 15–30 racers per hour per simulator. With multiple sims running in parallel, that scales up dramatically. We'll help you plan throughput based on your event.
