RACING SIMULATOR RENTALS
IN FORT MYERS & NAPLES

Southwest Florida is a straight run down I-75 from our Tampa base, about two hours to Fort Myers and closer to three to Naples. The market is seasonal, and the winter months are when resort and corporate calendars fill up.

Local Context

RESORTS, SEASON AND SHOWROOMS

Events here cluster around the resorts and the winter season. Naples Grande Beach Resort and the other Gulf-front properties host conferences and incentive groups, and downtown Fort Myers has the Caloosa Sound Convention Center on the river, the renovated former Harborside Event Center. Dealership events and private parties fill out the rest of the calendar.

From 1421 Massaro Blvd it is about 135 miles to Fort Myers, around two to two and a half hours, and about 170 miles to Naples, closer to three. An evening event in Fort Myers can be a same-day trip. A Naples event or anything with a morning load-in usually means an overnight.

What changes for a Southwest Florida booking

  • Season sets the calendar. January through April is busy for every venue and supplier. Book those dates early.
  • Resort logistics. Resorts have their own loading areas, event staff and rules on vendors. Put us in touch with the resort’s event team early.
  • Outdoor and poolside requests. The rigs need cover, a flat surface and power. A covered terrace works. An open pool deck in the afternoon sun does not.

WHAT TO KNOW LOCALLY

Fort Myers or Naples changes the plan

Fort Myers is often a same-day trip for an evening event. Naples, about 35 miles further south, more often means the crew stays locally. Tell us the exact venue and we will price the right version.

Talk to the resort event team

Resorts set vendor rules, loading times and insurance requirements. We can provide a certificate of insurance; the resort will tell you what it needs.

Winter dates go first

If your event falls between January and April, ask as soon as you have a date.

Academy Sim Racing is based in Tampa at 1421 Massaro Blvd. We do not have an office, showroom or branch in Fort Myers or Naples. We deliver mobile simulator events there from our Tampa base, about 135 to 170 miles away, and travel is quoted per event.

Questions

WHAT PLANNERS ASK

Do you deliver racing simulators to Fort Myers and Naples?
Yes. We travel to Southwest Florida from our Tampa base, with our own staff running every event.
Do you have a Fort Myers or Naples location?
No. Academy has one facility, in Tampa. Southwest Florida is a market we deliver to, not a location we operate from.
How far is it from your base?
About 135 miles to Fort Myers, around two to two and a half hours, and about 170 miles to Naples, closer to three.
Can you set up at a resort?
Yes. Send the resort and the room, and put us in touch with their event team so we can confirm loading and vendor requirements.
Do you cover Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita Springs?
Yes. They are on the same I-75 run, and the quote follows the distance.
How much does an event in Southwest Florida cost?
Rental, delivery and staffing are the same three lines as any event. Travel, plus lodging when the crew stays over, is added on top, so we quote per event. Our homepage shows where typical Tampa Bay events land, and a person on our team confirms every final number.
