NADA Show 2027 runs February 17 to 20, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, with the expo floor open February 18 to 20. A staffed racing simulator gives dealers a reason to stop at your booth and a reason to stay long enough to talk.
The show is in Orlando from Wednesday, February 17 to Saturday, February 20, 2027. The expo is in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center and runs Thursday to Saturday. The Daytona 500 is the next day, Sunday, February 21, 2027, so if you are also hosting dealers or clients at Daytona that week, we can quote both.
We work as a supplier on your booth. Academy Sim Racing is not affiliated with or endorsed by NADA or the NADA Show. Your exhibitor manual sets the rules for booth activities, power and move-in, and we work inside them.
Dealership events are one of the formats we run most. A few we can name:
The audience at NADA is the same people who book these events. A simulator on your booth is something they recognize. More on dealership events and trade show stands.
Allow around 10 feet by 10 feet per simulator once you include the driver getting in and out and someone waiting. The frame is 26 inches wide and 57 inches long. Working from that:
Send the floor plan and your booth number and we will confirm what fits and how the queue flows. Power is ordered through the show; our simulators run on standard 110V outlets and we will tell you how many circuits to order.
Add the live leaderboard with lead capture (+$300) and every driver signs in on the leaderboard before they race. Drivers 18 and over can choose to share their email to hear from your brand. Within 24 hours of the show we send you a CSV with the names and emails of the drivers who opted in. Nobody is on the list without opting in. Privacy policy.
If you already use the show’s badge scanning, we will run the activation around that too.
Wraps and liveries need artwork approval and production time, which is the main reason to book early.
The quote is rental, delivery and staffing, the same lines as any event, plus travel from Tampa, which is included in the number we send you. Travel covers mileage for the drive, about 85 miles each way, crew lodging at $745 per day for the nights the crew stays in Orlando, and a $1,500 setup day if move-in falls on a separate day. Our homepage shows where typical local events land; a four-day show with travel will sit above those, and we quote it per booth. See how out-of-area events work.
We suggest reserving by mid-January 2027. That leaves time for wrap and livery artwork and for your power order, and the date is held once the deposit is in.
Academy Sim Racing is based in Tampa at 1421 Massaro Blvd and travels to Orlando for this show. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NADA. Show dates and venue are as published by the organizer; check your exhibitor manual for the details that apply to your booth.
Send us your booth number, booth size and what you want from the booth. We will come back with what fits and a quote with travel included.
